J and K meet up again to make the best guard against an enticing vile that is the best test of the mission of the Man dressed in Black: shield the Earth from the new filth of the universe. Four years have gone since the outsider looking for operators kept away from an intergalactic debacle. From that point forward, K has come back to the solace of regular citizen life in the postal administration while J proceeds with his work controlling outsiders. In a race with time as the opponent, J must persuade K to enroll again in the Men dressed in Black before the Earth is annihilated.
